*Online reservations for members are encouraged for the infrared sauna/cold plunge room to ensure availability.

*The sauna/cold plunge room may be shared with up to four people at a time. Please be mindful of others and respectful of the shared space.

*Compression therapy sessions are limited to 30 minutes when others are waiting.

*Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable

*Memberships can be canceled anytime; however, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
