STRETCH THERAPY
Kristen’s stretch therapy practice is Thai based with an athletic mobility and recovery focus. Either on the table or mat, her sessions are a dynamic form of stretch therapy that supports mobility, flexibility, and overall joint health. Sessions will not only work on the physical body but along energy meridians to restore balance and flow. All sessions are fully clothed and help decompress the spine and increase range of motion.
